What's included

Every visit covers

House washing

Vinyl, LP, stucco and painted siding cleaned with low pressure and a cleaning solution that kills the green and black growth instead of just knocking it loose.

Concrete & driveways

Driveways, sidewalks and garage floors surface-cleaned for an even finish — no wand stripes or zebra lines.

Decks & fences

Wood and composite cleaned at a pressure that won't furr the grain, ready for stain if you're refinishing.

Patios & pavers

Pavers, stamped concrete and stone cleaned without blowing out the joint sand.

Gutter face brightening

Those black tiger stripes on the outside of the gutters are oxidation, and they need a brightener — not more pressure — to come off.

Why Twin Cities exteriors get dirty so fast

Minnesota humidity plus shady north and east walls is ideal for algae and mildew. That green film on siding and the black speckling on concrete are living growth, which is why blasting it with pressure alone brings it back within a season. Soft washing with the right solution kills it at the root so the clean lasts.

Winter adds its own problem: road salt and sand track onto driveways, sidewalks and garage floors and grind in all season. Washing in spring pulls that out before it stains and before it gets tracked inside.

Bundle it with windows

Pressure washing kicks up spray and residue, so the smart order is wash first, then clean the glass. Booking both together means one visit, one trip, and windows that aren't spotted afterward.

FAQ

Questions we get asked

How much does pressure washing cost in Minneapolis?+

Pricing is a flat rate by surface and square footage — a driveway, a deck and a full house wash are each quoted separately, and bundling them lowers the total. Estimates are free and the price is set before work begins.

Will pressure washing damage my siding?+

Not the way we do it. Siding is soft washed at low pressure with a cleaning solution doing the work. High pressure is only used on hard surfaces like concrete that can take it.

When is the best time of year?+

Late spring through early fall, once overnight temperatures stay above freezing. Spring is the most popular because it clears winter salt and sand.

Do you need to use my water?+

Yes — an outside spigot and standard household water pressure is all it takes. Let us know ahead of time if your spigots are shut off.

Will it hurt my plants or lawn?+

Landscaping is pre-wet before and rinsed after, which dilutes any solution well below a level that harms plants. Delicate beds get covered.
