Storefront routes
Weekly, biweekly, monthly or quarterly service so the entry glass is always clean without anyone having to remember to call.
Storefronts, offices, restaurants, clinics and multi-unit buildings across the Twin Cities — cleaned weekly, monthly or quarterly, before you open or after you close.

What's included
Weekly, biweekly, monthly or quarterly service so the entry glass is always clean without anyone having to remember to call.
Early morning or evening scheduling so there's no cart, ladder or wet floor in front of customers.
Interior and exterior glass, partitions, entry doors and sidelights, with quiet, low-disruption work around staff.
Grease-filmed entry glass, patio enclosures and window walls handled with degreasing where needed.
Multi-unit and mixed-use buildings on one invoice, with proof of insurance and consistent scheduling per property.
Add gutter clearing, concrete and entry washing, cobweb removal and light-fixture maintenance to the same visit.
Entry glass collects hand prints, dog nose prints, road salt film and grease within days of a cleaning, and it's the first surface a customer looks through before deciding to come in. On a route, it never gets to the point where someone notices it's dirty.
Minneapolis winters make this worse: plow spray and de-icer film gray out storefront glass fast. Businesses on a winter route stay clear through the season instead of waiting for spring.
Each account gets a flat per-visit price based on the glass count, access and frequency — more frequent routes cost less per visit. No hourly billing, no surprise trip fees, and no long lock-in contract; you can change frequency or stop any time.
Insurance certificates are provided up front for property managers and building owners, and invoicing can be monthly for accounts on a route.
Retail storefronts, restaurants and coffee shops, dental and medical clinics, salons, offices, auto dealerships, churches, schools and small apartment or mixed-use buildings.

It's a flat per-visit rate set by glass count, access and how often we come. Weekly and monthly routes have a lower per-visit price than one-time cleanings. Quotes are free and usually done same-week.
Restaurants and high-traffic retail usually run weekly or biweekly. Offices and clinics typically do monthly or quarterly. Chris will recommend a frequency after seeing the property rather than selling you the biggest plan.
